Our Experiences
Drop-In Sessions
Escape the city and enjoy 90 minutes of seamless relaxation in our saunas, cold tubs, and lounge area. After your session feel free to linger as long as you like in our lounge area, and transition back into life at your own pace.
Sauna Socials
Looking for a different night out? Come sweat, connect, and take in some great music from our rotation of local Djs.
Private Events
If you would like to book out the entire venue for an event, please drop us a line “here”. We have a series of add ons/offerings including live Dj, bartender/mixologist (mocktails), and other service level options.
The Space
- Sauna – Dry sauna hitting temperatures upwards of 212f!
- Cold immersion – 3 different temperature cold tubs ranging from 4c – 12c
- Towel service – Two free towels, one for use in the sauna, and one for drying off after your session
- Lounge – Complimentary tea and reverse osmosis water served by a fireplace and cozy furniture.
- Lockers – Free lockers, lock up your stuff so you can relax while you sweat!
- Cleaning – Deep Cleaning between each session
